Calle Santa Faz 9,
Old Town Benidorm,
Review by Vista Site. 27/12/2010
Deja Vu restaurant is conveniently positioned in the busy streets of the Old Town. The décor is traditionally English, comprised of warm red and gold colours and punctuated by the colour co-ordinated tablecloths and napkins, giving the restaurant a welcoming and cosy atmosphere.
Enjoy a little bit of luxury while you dine, on the comfortable soft seating and at the tables of varying shapes and sizes, which are dressed to impress. The small bar server in the restaurant has a display of wines and spirits from which you can select your favourite drink.
The atmosphere is generally tranquil, with most of the customers being couples and small groups of friends, meeting up from the local community of expatriates living in the area. Deja Vu is also very popular with regular tourist visitors to Benidorm, who treat the restaurant as a home form home and come back time and again. Clients like to dine here before moving on to enjoy the bars and entertainment within the Old Town area.
Weekends in Deja Vu tend to be busy and the Sunday lunch menu is particularly popular, so it is advisable to make a table booking so you won’t be disappointed.
The restaurant specialises in fresh, home-cooked food, fish and juicy steaks. The menu offers a huge variety of dishes including a roast of the day and also a good range of starters and desserts. The dishes are created using only the freshest ingredients of local produce and are presented to a very high standard.
Choose from local wines and draught beer as well as a range of international spirits.
The Last Word
Deja Vu is a warm and friendly restaurant and husband and wife team Renalto and Elaine offer first-rate hospitality to all of their customers. Their consistency in serving only the best, homemade quality food with wonderful presentation, keeps the customers returning time and again. Deja Vu is a good option for a social occasion or simply to enjoy a well presented, hearty meal in comfortable, unpretentious surroundings.
