La Tableria offers an innovative business concept and a new way of enjoying the tpapas tradition. The idea of the combination tapas dishes served on a long board (of varying sizes depending on the number of people) started in the Altea restaurant in 1997 and the recognition came in 2003 when the main restaurant appeared in the Green Michelin Guide. Apart from the meats and fish, salads, home-made desserts ad traditional style tapas, why not try this original and unique form of tapas - the tablero, never seen up until now?
